Shipping policy
We ship to all 50 states in the United States using USPS or UPS. You will receive an email containing tracking information for your order at the time of shipment. Once an order leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us at sales@pillowgrace.com immediately so we can file an insurance claim with the carrier. If your item seems to be running late or the tracking has not updated in several days, please contact us immediately so we can assist you in locating it. Our items have varying lead times, so please reach out if you have a question regarding production/ship times of a particular product.
