HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?
Orders typically ship within 7-10 business days. However, some items are available to ship sooner than others and some items require a longer production time. If you have questions regarding the shipping timelines for specific products, please email email@example.com.
WILL I RECEIVE TRACKING INFORMATION WHEN MY ODER SHIPS? Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. The email will be sent to the email address entered at check-out. Once a package leaves our facility, we cannot control how the third-party carrier (typically USPS) transports it. However, in the event a package is lost or damaged during the shipping process, we will replace the goods. We are not liable for packages that are not delivered by the estimated delivery date provided by the third-party carrier.
CAN A NOTE BE PLACE WITH CUSTOM ORDERS? We would happy to include a gift message to the recipient with your order. Each product includes the question “Is this a gift?”. Be sure to answer “yes” and you will be able to enter your gift note. (And don’t worry, there won’t be any prices on the packing slip!)
IS IT POSSIBLE TO PLACE A CUSTOM ORDER? Yes! We love creating custom PillowGraces. You can design your own custom single verse PillowGrace here. For a more detailed design or multiple verses, email firstname.lastname@example.org.
HOW DO YOU PRINT ON THE PILLOWGRACE'S? We use a digital printing method, rather than traditional screen printing. Digital printing sublimates the ink into the fabric making it flat and permanent. You cannot feel the ink when you run your hand across the pillow, making it perfectly comfortable to sleep on. The ink used is water based and completely non-hazardous, non-toxic, and 100% biodegradable. The ink is also washable and meets excellent color fast standards. Each PillowGrace is printed in our warehouse on St. Simons Island, GA.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY PILLOWGRACE? To ensure the longevity of your PillowGrace, we recommend hand or machine wash using cold water and the delicate cycle. Use a mild detergent and do not use bleach or fabric softener. Hang or lay flat to dry. Cool iron inside out if needed. Please note, just like your bed sheets and clothing, the fabric will eventually wear over time.
WHY DO YOU ASK FOR THE RECIPIENT'S FULL NAME? Each personalized PillowGrace includes a “Prayerfully Made For” card with the recipient’s name. This also helps us verify the initials are correct and in the right order.
WHERE ARE PILLOWGRACE'S MADE? PillowGrace products are proudly and prayerfully made by hand on St. Simons Island, GA. No two items are exactly alike.

WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED or incorrect ITEM?
Fulfillment mistakes that we make as a result of the shipment of incorrect or damaged product must be reported within 3 business days of receipt – NO EXCEPTIONS. We will be happy to remedy the situation as necessary.

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT MONOGRAM FORMAT TO USE?
Though monogramming has become quite common, it can still be tricky to determine what letters go where! For females, the monogram format is typically the first name initial on the left, the last name initial larger in the center, and the middle/maiden name initial on the right (First/Last/Middle). For males, it is acceptable to use this First/Last/Middle format or list the initials in order with each letter being the same size (First/Middle/Last). For married couples, the First/Last/Middle format is most popular. It is proper to have the wife’s first name initial on the left and the husband’s first name initial on the right, with the last name initial larger in the middle. However, some couples prefer the husband’s first name initial to be on the left and that is perfectly acceptable. The stack monogram is growing in popularity and is appropriate for either gender (though, we think it is particularly handsome for young men!). This format has the first name initial stacked on top of the middle name initial on the left side, with the last name initial larger on the right. The stack monogram is also a great choice for married couples. The Duogram is two initials interlocked. This can be two first name initials (for couples) or a first and last name initial (for individuals). We love the use of the Duogram on wedding gifts, using the bride and groom’s first name initials.
